Open Source Alternatives
Scheduling and appointment booking platform for teams and individuals.
Calendly is a trademark of its respective owner.
Updated Aug 2026
Calendly has minimal data lock-in. Your booking history exports via API, and the scheduling rules are simple to recreate. The switch itself takes a few hours to set up new booking pages and update the links you've shared. The hidden cost is the link distribution: if your Calendly links are embedded in email signatures, websites, social profiles, and customer communications, updating all of those takes more time than setting up the replacement. Teams can complete the technical migration in under a day.
